In addition, in this article of our research we will pay attention to the work of modernists and educators, especially Abdurrahman Sayyoh Tashkandi and Abdullah Avloni, who made a worthy contribution to the re-study of historical truth from the perspective of the modern era, to the spiritual and educational development of social and political life of that time. We will increase some aspects of the secret.
The reformist views of the Turkestan region lie in the religious, educational and socio-political spheres, with one of the important directions being the reform of the educational sphere, and the second - the press. An important role in the emergence of the national press was played by the all-Turkish press, especially a number of magazines and newspapers that arose in Istanbul, beyond the Caucasus, along the Volga, and were formed on a national basis.
