Author Guidelines

THE REQUIREMENTS TO THE SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES

 

The original materials that haven’t been published before and related to the topics of the jour- nal are accepted by the editors of the journal.  The scope of the original article (not including annotation, key words and word combinations as well as the list of used literature) is to be 10-12 pages (maximum) in 1 interval. The text – Microsoft Word. Format – А4. The length from both sides of the text –2 cm each. Font – Times New Roman. Font size – 14. Interval between lines – 1. Indentation – 1,25.

The structure of the article is suggested in the following way: Title of the manuscript:

The title of an article or other materials ought to be short, eligible, consisting of 12 words maximum.

Authors:

The full names of authors should be given as following: name, father’s name, family name, if there is a corresponded author his/her name is written after comma.

The occupation of authors:

This information is given as following: department, institution, city and country.

The responsible author for the writings:

Name, father’s name, family name; department, institution, city and country, full post address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address should be mentioned.

The title of the article, information about the author(authors) is given in Latin alphabet (in transliteration).

Annotation and key words:

Annotation – short description of the work in the English, Russian and Uzbek languages that is not considered as a part of the whole scope of the article.

In annotation, while mentioning the main features of the article the followings should be taken into consideration:

should include main details of the work and any piece of information that is not mentioned in the article should not submitted;

the same structure of the article is used in the annotation: introduction, aim, methods, styles, results/discussions, conclusion/reflections;

should give the results clearly and shortly, coherently;

shouldn’t repeat the title of the article, any introductory useless phrases shouldn’t be applied (e.g. the author wants to mention that…);

should not mention any reference; should consist of 250-300 words.

should be followed by the “Key words and word combinations” (8-10). Key words should represent the core meaning of the article, especially, should include essential notions related to the sphere it deals with.

Introduction: the aim of the research and problem development status should be indicated.

Aims and tasks:

The content of the article is systematically clarified taking into account the aims and tasks.

Methods: The methods of the research should be illustrated in detail.

Results and reflections:

The results and reflections should be given broadly with the help of illustrations as charts, pictures and tables. Additionally, the results achieved before should be given in a compared plan.

The full text of the article is given in a foreign language.

Conclusion: The responses to the questions mentioned in the introduction part should be indicated clearly.

The list of the used literature should be given as following:

The used literature need to be transliterated in the Latin alphabet. The list of the used literature is to include maximum 30 works published in the period of last 25 years.

Tables Each table is separated with interval of 2 or given in a new page. The tables are not accepted in the form of pictures. The tables are to be numbered and named specifically. Each column of the table needs to be named shortly. Each table should be described within the text.

Pictures (photos)

The drawings need to be painted professionally; the pictures drown by hand may be accepted. The pictures should be drawn in a white paper; it should meet the requirements of the process of scanning. The e-version of drawings should be submitted in a file. The length of the picture is to be maximum 14 cm, the height needs to be 18 cm. Scanning materials are to be minimum 300 dpi.

Abbreviations and symbols

Only standard abbreviations are used in the article. Abbreviations and signs/symbols are not common to the title and annotation, their explanation need to be given at the place where they are mentioned for the first time.
