This article analyzes Saudi Arabia's foreign policy identity based on historical memory, state symbols, and values. It demonstrates that Saudi Arabia's foreign policy identity depends on a combination of several factors, including internal political issues, cultural specificity, responses to security threats, and symbolic actions. The conflicts in the Middle East and the role of religious and ethnic factors in this process are examined. Furthermore, the article elucidates the role of foreign policy as an indicator of each state's position and prestige in the global community and the region.
