As a result, changes and additions to the laws issued by the state during the years of independence of the Uzbek people will improve the legal system and reveal important aspects of legal communication in the management of the state and society.
Political activity is growing in our society, profound reforms are being carried out in all spheres. Their goal is to build a democratic state and a just society, where the implementation of a simple and clear principle "The interests of the person above all else" is of paramount importance. Effective government requires the use of correct and accurate information. In the modern era of a developing democratic state, the leading task of the legislative system is to explain the legal norms to the people, that is, with the development of effective processes of legal communication, the need for the law to have, above all, spiritual, educational and moral strength has become a matter of time.
