Abstract

Amal Dunqul, who entered Egyptian poetry in the second half of the 20th century, expressed her attitude to life in a unique artistic poetic form. He, like other representatives of the "new poetry", turned to Aruz and used its columns, and wrote each poem based on a column of Aruz. He managed to combine the two rivers of Arabic poetry - the weight of aruz, which has been the basis of poetry for centuries, and a new poetic form. Amal Dunqul used the rich experience of Arabic poetry in the use of repetition, alliteration, and revitalization in her poems. At the same time, he often worked independently and created his own artistic style. These, in turn, contributed to the development of "new poetry" at the next stages.
