- This article aims to examine the fraternal ties between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan in the context of cultural diplomacy. With their shared Turkic heritage, the two countries have historically demonstrated a robust engagement in domains such as language, art, and literature. In the contemporary era, these ties have been reinvigorated through the conduit of cultural diplomacy. By fostering collaboration in education, the arts, and cultural activities, the two nations have reinforced the bonds between their respective peoples, while fortifying the solidarity within the Turkic community. Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan serve as pivotal actors in the transmission of their cultural legacy to future generations.
