Political instability has persisted in Afghanistan for almost half a century. As a result of these socio-political instabilities, the Afghan economy is experiencing severe depression. Despite several years of assistance and support from the international community to restore the country's economy and ensure political stability, the desired result was not achieved, and in August 2021, Afghanistan came under Taliban control.
This article examines and analyzes the economic, political, and, social problems that have arisen in Afghanistan, their causes, and, consequences. It also analyzes its current economic situation. As a result of research and analysis, the author provides relevant solutions and recommendations for addressing the economic, political, and social barriers in Afghanistan.
