It is known that the pantheon of Hinduism is rich in gods and goddesses. At the top of the Hindu pantheon is Brahma, the creator of the universe and all living beings. And then Vishnu and Shiva. In Hinduism, along with male deities, there are female goddesses. Some of them are known as the consorts of the gods, while others are mentioned as separate independent goddesses. Hindus worship not only gods but also goddesses. The most famous goddesses in Hinduism are Lakshmi, Saraswati, Durga, Savitri, Uma and Kali. On the one hand, these goddesses are worshiped as the wives of the gods, and on the other hand, they are also considered objects of special faith. The purpose of this article is to study the synonymous analysis of terms associated with the goddesses Saraswati, Lakshmi and Durga, who plays an important role in Indian mythology and Hinduism.
