The distance communication function includes phone calls, correspondence on social networks, communication via e-mail, etc. took it upon himself. Paper letters in the usual format are used very rarely, in most cases as a business document. On the one hand, technical innovations expand the possibilities of communicators: the processes of transmitting and receiving information are significantly accelerated, the interlocutors' time is saved, it is possible to add photo, video and audio materials to the message, and conduct a dialogue.
